VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS
LOADING IN DIRECTIONS
Load in will take place on Sunday April 19th
You may pull up front of THEMUSEUM to unload your items and move them inside to your table. You cannot remain parked there for an extended period as that space is designated a bus unloading zone.
You can then proceed to the Duke & Ontario Parking Garage at 41 Duke St. W to park your vehicle.
THEMUSEUM can be entered from the parking garage entrance on the second level of the parking garage.
Please note that due to use being downtown, it is not always easy to find street parking.
You can then head to the admission elevator back down to the Atrium level (ground level) and proceed to your spot within THEMUSEUM.
THEMUSEUM has three elevators
We have one elevator located at our Guest Services desk (under the Canada flag) that only goes between the Atrium level and the third level to the Parking Garage/exit.
We have two elevators within THEMUSEUM that provides access to all the public spaces within THEMUSEUM.
Dos and don'ts
If you are a vendor within THEMUSEUM, here are our requirements:
You cannot hang things on the wall
If you are against a painting, mural, etc. you may not put anything on the wall.
You cannot hang things or suspend from the rafters, pipes, etc. This is a health and safety hazard.
If you are around any artwork, please do not manipulate, touch, or change any of the artwork, sculptures, or installations.
If your table requires electricity, please communicate that to your contact, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please bring your own extensions cord or power bar.
We are an active museum, and we encourage you to see some of the exhibitions. Please refrain from going into curtained off areas or storage rooms unless with THEMUSEUM staff.
You will be responsible for storing your own belongings under your table. THEMUSEUM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Be mindful of blocking foot traffic or infringing on other vendors and guests’ spaces.
